1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Designer Stock House website (designerstockhouse.com) and the purchase of any products through it or our physical store located at G/F, Yogmaya Mandir Complex, Seth Sarai, Mehrauli, New Delhi – 110030.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details will be accurate, complete, or error-free, as your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your payment card or bank details on our servers.

4.3 Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited in error will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days by the payment gateway.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

5.2 Delivery Timelines

• Domestic (within India): 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Custom/Made-to-Order: An estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Please allow additional time for handcrafted and bespoke pieces.

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather, or public holidays.

5.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website.

5.4 International Orders — Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5.5 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We perform rigorous quality control (QC) checks on all products before they are shipped to ensure they are in perfect condition.

• No Defective/Damaged Return Window: Because we perform complete quality control checks prior to shipping, we do not offer any return or exchange window for damaged, defective, or incorrect items after delivery.
• No Exchanges: We do not offer size, colour, design, or product exchanges. We strongly recommend visiting our Mehrauli store to try on outfits before purchasing, or contacting our team on WhatsApp at +91 88001 94356 for detailed measurements, fabric information, and styling advice before placing an online order.

6.2 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds at any point. Once an item is purchased, processed, and delivered, the transaction is considered complete, done, and delivered.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +91 88001 94356. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For custom or made-to-order items, cancellation is not possible once production has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Designer Stock House or used under licence from the respective designers and brands. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Designer names, brand logos, and product images featured on this website belong to their respective owners and are displayed with authorisation for the purpose of showcasing and selling their products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Designer Stock House and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Designer Stock House, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, courier disruptions, internet outages, or supplier delays.

13. Newsletter & Marketing Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving marketing emails about new designer launches, sales, events, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect any existing orders or account functionality.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
