Where is Designer Stock House located?
We're located at G/F, Yogmaya Mandir Complex, Seth Sarai, Mehrauli, New Delhi – 110030. It's in Mehrauli, South Delhi — close to the Qutub Minar area. You can find us on Google Maps for exact directions.
Is there parking available near the store?
Yes, street parking is available nearby. If you're driving, the Qutub Minar parking area is also close by. We recommend taking a cab or auto for the most hassle-free visit.
What are your store timings?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Timings and operations may vary on public holidays — feel free to call ahead.
Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?
Walk-ins are always welcome! However, if you're shopping for bridal wear or want one-on-one styling help, we recommend booking an appointment so we can give you dedicated time. Just WhatsApp us at +91 88001 94356.

What kind of clothes do you sell?
We're a multi-designer store — think of us as a one-stop shop for designer Indian wear. We carry lehengas, sarees, suits, gowns, Indo-western outfits, sherwanis, kurta sets, and accessories like jewelry, clutches, and juttis. Everything is from established Indian designers.
Do you have bridal lehengas?
Yes, bridal wear is one of our biggest categories. We carry bridal lehengas from multiple designers in a range of budgets — from heavy embroidered pieces to more minimal, contemporary styles. We suggest visiting the store to try them on and get proper styling advice.
Do you sell men's designer wear too?
Yes! We have sherwanis, bandhgalas, kurta sets, and Indo-western options for men. Perfect for grooms, groomsmen, or wedding guests.
Do you have outfits for wedding guests — not just brides?
Absolutely. Most of our customers are actually shopping for sangeet, cocktail, mehendi, or reception outfits. We have designer pieces starting from lighter budgets that are perfect for guests — not just brides.
Can I find designer sarees here?
Yes, we carry designer sarees in silk, organza, georgette, and more — from subtle contemporary drapes to heavy embroidered pieces for weddings and festive occasions.

What is the price range of your designer clothes?
Our collection ranges widely depending on the designer and garment type. You'll find options across different price points. We recommend visiting the store or browsing our website to see current pricing on specific pieces.
Do you accept UPI and card payments?
Yes, we accept all payment methods — cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
Online Shopping & Delivery
Can I buy from your website and get it delivered?
Yes! Our full collection is available on our website. We deliver across India and internationally. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your designer piece arrives in perfect condition.
How long does delivery take?
For orders within India, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer — we'll share a timeline when you order.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship globally. International shipping charges vary by destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.
Alterations & Custom Orders
Can I get my outfit altered or customized?
Yes, we offer professional alteration services to ensure the perfect fit. Many of our designers also accept custom orders — you can choose your fabric, color, and embroidery preferences. Visit our Mehrauli store for a consultation.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 4–8 weeks depending on the designer and complexity. For bridal orders, we recommend starting at least 2–3 months before the wedding date.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns on any orders. All sales are final.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or product?
No, we do not offer exchanges of any kind, including size, color, design, or product exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend visiting our store to try on outfits before purchasing, or reaching out to our team on WhatsApp for detailed measurements and fabric information before placing an online order.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We perform thorough quality control (QC) checks on all items before they are shipped to ensure they are in perfect condition. Because of this rigorous pre-shipment inspection, we do not offer a return or exchange window for damaged or defective items after delivery.
Can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds at any point. Once an item is purchased, processed, and delivered, the sale is complete and final.
