We collect and process only the data necessary to fulfill your orders and improve your experience:

2.1 Information You Provide

• Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, and delivery address — provided when you place an order, create an account, or contact us.
• Gift Voucher & Promotional Sign-up Data: Name, email address, and mobile number — provided when you register for a gift voucher or promotional offer via our website pop-up. This data is used solely to send you the promised voucher or offer by email and to subscribe you to our marketing updates (with your consent).
• Newsletter Data: Email address — provided when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Communication Data: Messages, emails, and WhatsApp conversations you send to our customer support.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Technical Data: Browser type, device type, operating system, screen resolution, referrer URL, pages visited, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). This data is collected in anonymised form through our analytics tools.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect or Store

• Payment & Financial Data: We do not directly collect, process, or store any credit/debit card numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor (see Section 4). We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Order Fulfillment: To process, ship, and deliver your orders.
• Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Promotional Emails: When you register for a gift voucher or promotional offer on our website, we send you an email containing the voucher or offer details. By submitting the form, you consent to receiving this email.
• Newsletter & Updates: To send you updates on new designer launches, sales, and events — only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at designerstockhouse@gmail.com.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

All customer data — including account details, order history, newsletter subscriptions, and gift voucher sign-ups — is stored securely on Shopify, our e-commerce platform. 5. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with any third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We share limited data with the following trusted service providers only to the extent strictly necessary to operate our business (e.g., shipping your order or processing your payment). Each provider acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy policy:

• Netlify: Our website hosting provider. Netlify serves and deploys our website. Netlify Web Analytics (currently disabled) is a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics service that, when enabled, collects only anonymised usage data (page views, referrers, device type) without personally identifiable information.
• Google Analytics:We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised data about your browsing behaviour (page views, session duration, traffic sources). You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or by declining cookies via our cookie consent banner.
• Google Search Console:We use Google Search Console to monitor and maintain our website's presence in Google Search results. Search Console provides us with aggregated, anonymised data about search queries, click-through rates, and indexing status. It does not collect or process any personal data from our visitors.
• Shiprocket: Our shipping and logistics partner. When you place an order, we share your name, delivery address, and phone number with Shiprocket to fulfill the delivery.
• Razorpay: Our payment gateway. When you make a payment, Razorpay directly processes your payment information (card details, UPI, net banking). We do not have access to your full payment credentials. Razorpay is PCI DSS compliant.

Beyond these operational service providers, your data is not shared with, sold to, or accessed by any other third party.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:

• Essential Cookies (Shopify): Session cookies required for core website functionality — cart state, account login, checkout flow. These cannot be disabled without breaking the website.
